Admission Procedure

Important Information For Admission

Candidates should enclose two sets of attested copies of the following documents.

1. Age proof Certificate / Madhyamik Admit Card Mark sheet.

2. Transfer Certificate (Original).

3. School leaving Certificate / character certificate..

4. Caste and Valid Certificate for SC / ST / OBC.

5.Eligibility Certificate issued by the Secretary, West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development, (for students of other states).

6. Original Migration Certificate (if applicable).

7. Two passport size & three stamp size color photographs

Lateral Entry Scheme: 2nd Year under

Must have passed (10+2) Examination of the West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education & Training or have passed 2 years ITI plus having passed Madhyamik or its equivalent examination. Age: There is no upper Limit.

Syllabus : The latest revised syllabus of West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education & Training for (10+2)examination shall be followed for VOCLET 2025.

20% of approved intake seats of Polytechnic shall be allotted by the Centralized Counseling Systems on the basis of VOCLET-2025 examination.

VOCLET seats may be filled up amongst the VOCLET candidates.

Management Quota – For Direct Admission:

The applicant should pass Madhyamik or its Equivalent Examination with minimum 35% marks in aggregate & any Rank in JEXPO-2025 or 45% (with out rounding up) Physical Science Mathematics taken together.

Through Counseling – 1st Year:

The Student should be qualified in JEXPO – 2025. In each discipline will be admitted through counseling conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education .
